Barkardi Cocktail

What you need:

1 cup homemade salmon broth

¼ cup organic sugar-free apple juice

¼ cup cooked sweet potato

2 fresh mint leaves, torn

1 extra mint leaf for garnish

What to do:

Puree the sweet potato with a little of the salmon broth in a blender

Put the sweet potato puree in a cocktail shaker with the remaining salmon broth, apple juice and torn mint leaves and 8 cubes of ice

Shake well then pour into your dog's dish with the ice

Top with a single mint leaf
